Three Distinctive Admission Schemes

At CyberMACS, we are committed to accessible education. We proudly extend a tuition fee waiver to every student, ensuring unobstructed access to excellence in Applied Cybersecurity. Our dedication to inclusivity is showcased through four distinctive admission schemes, each tailored to accommodate the diverse needs of our prospective students:

  • Scholarship Pathway: Exceptional students can be awarded a prestigious monthly scholarship of 1400 euros. This distinguished recognition not only celebrates exceptional achievements but also provides essential financial support for their journey in cybersecurity education.
  • Merit-based Admission I: As advocates of meritocracy, CyberMACS welcomes students who demonstrate exceptional academic promise and dedication. All students benefit from a tuition fee waiver, enabling them to embark on their CyberMACS journey without the burden of tuition. In addition, they will receive a one-time stipend of up to €3,000** to support essential expenses, including an economy-class flight ticket to Istanbul and a rental deposit (with a maximum of €1,000 allocated for the deposit).
  • Merit-based Admission II: As meritocracy advocates, CyberMACS welcomes students who demonstrate exceptional academic promise and dedication. Although not receiving a scholarship, these students benefit from our tuition fee waiver, enabling them to embark on their CyberMACS journey without the responsibility of tuition fees.
  • Affordable Education Track: Committed to providing accessible education, CyberMACS offers a comprehensive fee structure. For a nominal amount of 5175 Euros for the entire programme, this fee encompasses various costs, including administration and insurance. This option ensures that world-class cybersecurity education is accessible to every enthusiastic learner.

Our four distinct admission pathways reflect our pledge to embrace diversity and promote inclusivity.

Join us in shaping the future of cybersecurity through knowledge, innovation, and a commitment to making education attainable for all.

CyberMACS Insurance Policy

In line with the EMJM rules, regardless of their scholarship status, all CyberMACS students must have a comprehensive health and accident insurance policy.

This insurance will cover whole programme duration. Students don’t need to make additional payments for insurance.

We can only work with companies that cover the comprehensive requirements of Mundus insurance policy.

For further details of the insurance, visit FAQ page.

Available Support for Students with Specific Needs

The available support for students with specific needs linked to long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory Impairments:

Since all partner Institutions are committed to Erasmus Charter Principles, CyberMACS Consortium provides specific support measures for facilitating equal and inclusive access to participants and the enrolment of students/staff/invited scholars with individual needs linked to long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairments. All consortium members have signed the Erasmus Charter and offer services for students with special needs. They have procedures in place to facilitate the participation of disabled students in lectures, lab work and examinations.

KHAS has a friendly mono campus. KHAS has a specific Unit, KHAS Barrier Free Commission: https://www.khas.edu.tr/en/khas-barrier-free-commission).

KHAS Barrier-free Commission aims to make more accessible the lives of, in particular, disabled students by removing all types of obstacles that any student within the KHAS family may encounter at the university campus.

Students are encouraged to inform about problems they may encounter and ask for support by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

In UKIM, a strategy for lowering the barriers for students with special needs is present.

SRH has an Equal Opportunities and Integration Officer who is responsible for students and staff alike, as well as guidelines for integration and equal opportunities and compensation for disadvantages while studying and for exams. The programme will promote a good balance of gender amongst students, but the priority in selection and admission is to promote quality and competencies. For the staff/invited scholars with individual needs, the CyberMACS secretariat will be responsible for making all necessary arrangements prior to and during the stays with the help of International Relations departments.
