Our Quality Assurance Approach
Our approach to quality assurance is guided by the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG) and the European Approach for Quality Assurance of Joint Programmes. These frameworks provide a robust foundation for maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our programmes.
Quality Evaluation
Quality evaluation is integral to our quality assurance process, enabling us to assess the effectiveness of our programmes and identify areas for improvement. We employ a variety of evaluation tools, including course evaluations, student feedback surveys, and performance metrics, to gather data on the student experience, learning outcomes, and overall programme effectiveness. The results of these evaluations are systematically analyzed and used to inform decision-making, curriculum development, and quality enhancement initiatives.
Supervision and Oversight
Internal quality assurance at CyberMACS is overseen by the Master Management Committee, in conjunction with the regular quality assurance procedures of our partner universities. To facilitate this process, we have established a dedicated Quality Assurance Board (QAB), responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of our programmes. The QAB meetings took place twice in an academic year along with the Executive Board Meetings which is the main decision-making body of the CyberMACS programme.
Stakeholder Engagement
Stakeholder engagement is central to our quality assurance process, ensuring that the voices and perspectives of all relevant stakeholders are heard and considered. We actively engage with students, faculty, industry partners, alumni, and regulatory bodies to ask feedback, gather insights, and collaboratively identify areas for improvement. By fostering open communication and collaboration, we strengthen our partnerships, build trust, and enhance the quality and relevance of our programmes.
Continuous Improvement
We are committed to continuous improvement and regularly review and update our curriculum and activities to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Feedback from students, faculty, industry partners, and other stakeholders is actively solicited and incorporated into our quality enhancement processes.
