CyberMACS Celebrates Its First Graduate!

We are happy to announce that CyberMACS has celebrated its first graduate – Aigerim Moldakhanova 🎓.
The master’s thesis, titled “Research on the Automation Method in Cybersecurity Incident Identification”, addresses one of today’s most pressing challenges: the timely and accurate identification of cybersecurity incidents.
🔎 The research explores the use of the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to automate the detection of cyberattacks such as path traversal, illegal access, and SQL injection. The results demonstrate that, with proper configuration and automation, the ELK Stack can provide an effective and affordable solution—especially for organizations without access to advanced proprietary technologies.
This marks a significant milestone not only for Aigerim Moldakhanova but also for the CyberMACS program, showcasing the high level of expertise and research excellence achieved by our students.
👏 Warm congratulations on this outstanding achievement!
