Student Meeting on Quality Assurance in CyberMACS

As part of the continuous improvement efforts in CyberMACS, a dedicated session was held with students to present the CyberMACS Quality Assurance (QA) framework and to highlight their essential role in its implementation.
🧭 Key topics discussed included:
1. Presentation of the CyberMACS QA structure
2. Role of students in QA processes
3. The function and responsibilities of the QA Task Force
4. Ongoing QA initiatives and student involvement opportunities
💡 During the session, students were introduced to the multiple ways in which they actively contribute to quality assurance, including:
🔹 Participating in structured evaluations of teaching, mentoring, and mobility activities
🔹 Providing suggestions that lead to improvements in content, methodology, and organization
🔹 Co-organizing workshops, training sessions, and public events
🔹 Contributing directly to the closure of the QA feedback loop after each module or activity
Students are actively involved in both the policy-making and practical implementation of quality assurance measures within the CyberMACS project.
📍This meeting was led by Dr. sc. Elissa Mollakuqe, reaffirming CyberMACS’s strong commitment to student-centered quality assurance and inclusive educational development.
