Summer School Closing Ceremony
The closing ceremony of the summer school took place on June 14, 2024. During the ceremony, speeches were delivered by Local Academic Coordinator Prof. Dr. Reiner Creutzburg from Germany and Programme Coordinator Prof. Dr. Hasan Dağ from Turkiye, highlighting the program’s significance and future plans.
Prof. Dr. Reiner Creutzburg emphasized the CyberMACS program’s contribution to international collaboration and education in cybersecurity. He stated that the programme makes valuable contributions to the sector by bringing together students from different countries and providing them with information about the latest developments in cybersecurity.
Prof. Dr. Hasan Dağ drew attention to Turkiye’s increasing importance in cybersecurity and expressed that the CyberMACS programme will contribute to the training of qualified human resources in this field. He added that Turkiye is proud to host this program and is open to such collaborations in the future.
The CyberMACS Summer School was an excellent educational programme for international students seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills in cybersecurity. The programme not only provided participants with information about current cybersecurity threats and defense strategies but also offered them the opportunity to network with industry leaders and gain hands-on experience.
